The Appointments screen now supports selecting and filtering by multiple providers. The Reset button reverts the selection to the default.

The printed schedule now uses lines to represent clinic hours and provider availability. A thin blue line that spans the entire schedule shows when the clinic opens and closes. A thick grey line that spans the length of one provider's cell is displayed at the start and end of a provider's availability.

PROF-4555: Added support for over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids. Users can now manage patients' OTC hearing aids in Sycle Pro, where staff can stock, sell, and dispense OTC hearing aids and/or track patients' existing OTC hearing aid equipment for care continuity.

PROF-4381: The Find Next (available appointment) function now ignores the double-booking feature, which allows more than one appointment to fit in a slot. This changes the previous behavior, where Find Next would determine that no appointment slots were occupied when the double-booking feature was enabled.

These articles provide procedural instructions for configuring OTC hearing aids; administering OTC inventory; managing the import, sale, and post-purchase servicing of OTC hearing aids; and a detailed examination of the reports that were created (or modified) to accommodate the inclusion of OTC hearing aids.
