Document Manager

Sycle's document management system consists of three modules: Document Manager, Document Sharing, and eSignature. All three modules are included in Sycle Pro.

Document Manager

Document Manager is the core module. Designed to streamline the storage, management, and organization of your clinic’s documents, Document Manager allows you to upload or scan files without leaving Sycle.

By keeping relevant documents collated and easily accessible from a patient’s record and reducing the need to handle physical documents, Document Manager removes roadblocks that can otherwise prevent providers from focusing their time on the productive elements of their patients’ appointments.

Document Sharing

The Document Sharing module allows you to distribute documents to patients, staff members, physicians, or custom recipients (e.g. a guardian) when a signature is not required.

Documents are sent to recipients via email.

eSignature

The eSignature module in Document Manager allows patients, providers, and physicians to sign a document with an electronic signatures (e-signatures) in person or remotely, reducing or removing the need for a clinic to print, sign, and scan paperwork.

Document Manager is accessible from the dropdown menu on the top-left of the screen or from the Patient Summary screen.

Do one of the following:

  • To view all documents, click the arrow in the top-left of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select Document Manager.

  • To view a single patient's documents, navigate to Patient SummaryDocuments.
