Signing Documents

You can collect signatures on documents that have been uploaded into Document Manager without needing to print or re-scan the documents. You can collect electronic signatures (e-signatures) from patients, providers, and physicians on any document, either in-person or remotely.

In-person signatures are captured in Sycle, with the option to draw or type the signature.

Remote signers receive a notification that the document is ready for their signature and follow a link to sign their portions of the document.
